Upload high-resolution images for the best print quality on our large capes. For a crisp and vibrant print, ensure your file is high resolution. ideally at least 3000 pixels, for the best print quality. Your image will be placed exactly as received, so any square background will appear in the final product. If you have questions, please email us before placing your order. Changes or cancellations cannot be made once the order is placed.

**PLEASE READ CAREFULLY**Please note that orders cannot be canceled once placed. Custom items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, except for manufacturer defects found within 30 days. Custom orders will ship within 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). If your order includes stock items, they will be held and shipped together with the custom items. To receive stock items sooner, please place a separate order for them.

Ensure your logo looks just the way you want it! If you upload an image with a square background instead of a transparent one, we will assume it's intentional. We inspect each order for quality, but we can't verify every detail. To avoid a square border around your logo, please upload it with a transparent background.
